TERMS OF SERVICE

• If I am uncomfortable going through with a commission, I reserve the right to reject it. Likewise, if something comes up during a commission and I am unable to complete it, I also have the right to cancel at any time. If I cancel mid-commission, I will fully refund you.
  • When it comes to fanart/fan characters, there are some fandoms I will not draw, including Hetalia, Countryhumans, Attack on Titan, Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss, DreamSMP, South Park, Harry Potter, etc. If you’re at all concerned that there’s something I won’t draw, don’t hesitate to ask and I can clear it up for you.
  
  
• After the sketch is finalized, I will send a PayPal invoice (your email will not be shared or used for other purposes.) The commission will resume once the invoice is paid.
  • As a heads up, the email sending the invoice will not be the same as my main contact address.
  
  
• My initial canvas size for standard commissions is always 1000x1000, and will be resized as I go. Icons are always 200x200, though if you need a different size that can be arranged.


• Throughout the process, I will send multiple WIPs and ask about any potential changes you might want made; it’s best to keep in touch during this so things can be easier and quicker for both of us.


• When the commission is done, I will send the unwatermarked version (+ flat colors/transparent BG if applicable.) I am fine with you editing the finished commission, just don’t edit with disregard to my rules to my rules/steal credit for the art.
  • At the moment, my work is not for commercial use- I will update if this changes. My art will never be for usage in NFTs or other such cryptocurrency related projects. If you see anything of mine in one, it's 100% stolen.
  
  
• I will ask if you’re okay with me posting the finished commission (watermarked) + what username you’d like to be credited as. If you want, I can keep you anonymous/simply not post the commission altogether. As of last editing this document (September 2025,) I only post to Tumblr and Toyhouse.
  • If you plan on reposting anywhere, please provide proper credit + post only the watermarked version (note: you may post un-watermarked to Toyhouse- just make sure to link me as the artist)
    • Please don’t repost to Tumblr; reblogging from my account is preferred and appreciated!
    
    
• Completion time will vary, usually spanning from a few days to two weeks. Larger commissions such as reference sheets may take longer than this, and if something comes up that might delay your commission I’ll be sure to let you know.
